DUI Driver Causes Two-Car Collision in Temecula

Last week, around 5 a.m. in the morning, Javier Luna-Alanis was driving on I-15 in Temecula. He changed lanes and accidentally hit the tail end of a car driven by Iryna Hogan, causing both cars to lose control and stop in the middle of the freeway. Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital. Luna-Alanis was then arrested on suspicion of drunken driving causing injury.
